Personally speaking, I have lots of hope and faith in this band. Its not a one hit wonder band. Its meant for great thngs and their sound has made promises to me and their fans that speaks of greater things to come. The bangla band movement started a long time ago and Lakkhichaara has contributed in a avery big way. I just hope these guys never forget their roots (which i have witnessed to a limited degree), like so many of the bands that I see today.
Cheers for this band that has balls!! and for this band that loves what it does for the reward of just doing it and not for other prizes.

I havnt listened much Kolkata band song coz those albums are not available here in BD so I couldnt collect. But on TV channel I have seen some Kolkata Band videos such as Fossils, Cactus, Krosswindz, Lakkhichhara & others…. And I must say I have become a fan of Lakkhicchhra!! The only kolkata band that I care about. So best of luck for you guyz, keep rocking.
About a year ago 3 band tcalled Artcell (Thats my most favorite BD progressive metal band!), Arbovirus & Warfaze participated on Kolkata Rock Fest 2006 from Bangladesh. I hope you guys will come BD someday.

Bumped into your site from youtube while exploring the link to Bangali Koreche Bhogoban Re. Love what I saw and heard. We grew up with Mohiner.., High, Hell fire, Shiva and Muff. Great to find that there are more Bengali bands coming up. You guys do really rock and that too in Bengali. Please keep up your good work. Btw, found Monida’s son as one of the band members. Reminded me of Mohiner’s very first “concert” - the one in that baby auditorium at Birla Museum (one on Southern Avenue). Was a very cozy friends and family affair.

Lakkichhara is the best band in term of lyrics ,sounds and vocals. all over its a HIT. All the members are rocking. Specially Subhajit Da…ur voice is rock solid and brings a energy inside my body. I have watched 2Live performance of Lakkichhara . We hope to bring you in our college fest again this yr.
